The magnets separate when my jacket is flexing
Pin the mounts slightly closer together so the magnets line up tighter. Some fabrics (like cotton sweaters) stretch a lot—use a regular jacket with a stable inner liner for best hold.
It's not heating up
Unplug and reconnect the cable back to the battery, then press the button on the cable until the LED around the button lights up.
Can I wash and dry my jacket with the mounts on?
No. Remove the pads, battery, and mounts before washing or drying.
